Terrible bedside manner and didn't know how to handle a patient with Pancreatitis caused by a gallstone that got stuck and caused insulin buildup and kidney damage. Barged into room, announced a Diabetic diagnosis and stormed off! He was clouded by his own insulin dependency and treated patient as if they were the same, pumping insulin into system. Dr.Serrano did wrong diagnos on me. He was showing me on Ultra Sound something which he said is Cyst from other doctors opinion I found out was bigger follicle which is necessary for ovulation and shows up every month of cycle. I dont know if it was just mistake or if he did it for purpose but he made me come at his office every 3 months and pay $300 but the worst part is he was giving me...

He is all about the surgery and money. Rude when you call him regarding recovery concerns. Most surgeon would prescribe an antibiotic post surgically as a precaution but his response before hang up call was you dont need one.
I would NOT recommend this doctor to family; friends or my worst enem
