Jim Collier came to inspect the chimney and gave us a written estimate that included the work to be done and the cost. He scheduled a time to complete the repairs, came at that time and stayed until the work was completed. He was careful when lifting needed materials to the roof. He answered all of our questions, and left warranties for parts. He is very knowledgeable about all things chimney...
