The latest information about surrendering your pets to lollipop farms so they will get adopted into a new family is not so good. One family checked in 24 hours after surrendering their pet and found that it had already been euthanized. This is a spot I visit often with grandchildren from infant through elementary school. It serves as the Humane Society for cats, dogs and birds who need a home as well as a working animal farm for horses, sheep, pigs, goats and llamas.
