Fantastic!
It is so refreshing to go to a pet store and get actual advice on the products being sold. The owner of Lofty Dog and her staff have a love of pets, and it shows. They are great at fielding questions on treats, training equipment, grooming supplies, etc. And though you would think a downtown pet shop would be super-pricey, I've found several items there that are comparable or cheaper than at big box pet stores and online suppliers. And perhaps most importantly, my dog loves to go visit the folks (and dogs) at Lofty Dog!
