Are employees no longer asked to greet customers or ask if they are finding everything ok? Instead, there were employees who jumped in front of you to put merchandise away while you looked at clothing.Eh, same goes for the other Loft - too expensive for the quality. Go somewhere else.

Pretty standard Loft experience -- the occasional excellent sale (e.g. entire store 50% off, extra 40% off sale items), neatly stocked shelves, friendly employees. I always have a great shopping experience in the Loft. Since they've renovated, the store is really beautiful - very clean and well organized! Great location in Dupont Circle, near other shopping areas and metro accessible. They are always getting in new inventory and you also can't beat the great sales. Overall, I always have a great time when popping in!
