It is clear that they just keep their head count up so they can charge the government more on the contracts...what a bunch of lossers.

Typical for Government Contractors

I have seen government contractors like this before. I have watched unqualified applicants get hired by CSC, Titan, and General Dynamics, too. The applicants' qualification was that they had a top secret security clearance. Nearly all of the applicants had to be trained for several months before they could minimally do the basics. I believe the defense department is mostly to blame for this....
