I went on a week day afternoon and received the worst service of my life. The guy behind the counter was rude, hostile, and should've been wearing a hairnet. The coffee was below average. But the main reason I'll never return was the horrible service. I talked to a friend who also went on a weekday afternoon/early evening and couldn't get waited on, even though the place was almost empty.

Ever since they opened up their doors to Burbank residents I have been regular customer. I love everything about this place. Everyone is so nice in here. The place is well planned to accomodate even the pickiest customer. I personally dont like Starbucks/Coffee Bean look a like service and menues. This place is different.
