I couldn't be more pleased in the service that LLoyd provided for an 85 year old widow. He was hired for cleaning the gutters and giving an estimate on leaf removal. He not only responded promptly but cleaned the gutters on a pouring down rainy day. This is a man of integrity, credibility, and more importantly one that follows through. An unpleasant leaf removal job, the scope and nature known and priced. For some reason Lloyd gave up, leaving me ending up with two hours of cleaning up the "clean-up."
