If you dare use these guys, get EVERYTHING in writing and DO NOT pay them until you are satisfied that the job is complete. In fact, make a contract stating they will not be paid until the installation is complete and has been in operation for a trial period you deem sufficient and have them sign it BEFORE any work begins whatsoever.
