great honest busines

We all know how hard it is to find good car repair shop. After my share of disappointments someone recommended this one to me. I'm taking my cars here for many years and always getting friendly attention and highly professional service. Yes I do fix my cars at other shops around sometimes only to come back here.

A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates...

I'm sure the work is great but I wouldn't know... After getting an $810 estimate to fix my bumper, I went right to FP collision and they did the job for 500 and it is 100%.

Worker with Brad to get my car fixed. Extremely helpful and responsive. My car looks amazing and they did a great job on detailing it as well, car looks like it did when I bought it. Would definitely recommend these guys and they're my new body shop of choice.

Unbelievably expensive and incredibly rude (40% more on estimate then all surrounding shops). I don't know how a collision shop stays in business when they yell at their customers. DO NOT bring your car here if you want to be treated…
