I've had pizza from here that was greasy and uninspiring, but it can also be really good. Like many pizza places, there doesn't seem to be a way to predict it: it's luck of the draw.

If you work in the Downtown area, Little Itlay Pizza should most definitely be a regular lunch stop. The pizza and calzones are great. The best dish here is the lasagna.
