We originally had planned on eating at Walk Ons bc a friend owns it. But had just come over from Biloxi for the Billy Joel concert so wanted real authentic Cajun food. It was across the street and best decision made.
I ordered a cup of gumbo, which was quite good, and the mussels small plate. Although the mussels was supposed to be a small plate, it was much smaller than any portion I've ever seen, and several of the shells were empty. The mussels themselves were tiny and shriveled. One of my friends enjoyed his fish platter, and another enjoyed a salad with fried oysters. However, the shrimp and grits...
Very limited menu and food was of poor quality. Way too expensive for what we got. The service was good, but I would not return.
