I got a dress here awhile back and it was very intricately made with ribbon laced back. If fell apart I was heart broken. The ower took care of me personally and I replaced it with a stunning Betsy Johnson dress. I love it!

Over the past two years I have purchased close to 1000.00 worth of dresses from The Little Dress Shop. Approximately 3 weeks ago I purchased a dress there for my bridal shower. When trying on the dress in preparation for this week's event the dress strap broke.
When I called the shop to request a refund I was told by Jill, the clerk that there were no refunds and that there was only store credit for returns made within 14 days.
