Help us make it rightFun - small bar on Coronado Island. Have been there several times and most of the time everyone there is very friendly.
This is the place to go when your in Coronado when you want to just have a good talk with an old friend over a drink. No windows, vintage navy photos on the wall, middle-aged to older croud, and extreemly nice bartenders. Nothing fancy but just what you need when conversation is the goal. Great prices on pitchers too.
This place seems like the perfect hole in the wall on this island. It can be hard to find places here that aren't over the top on prices or flashy presentation, and this place is great if that's what your trying to avoid. 2 pool tables, an arcade game or two, very large bar, and a patio. Not sure about...
Been going to the Little Club for over 25 years, the place is a bit cleaner than in previous years, the bartenders are fairly consistent (Laurie is the best!). As for pricing, I believe that they charge a reasonable amount. The music is often too loud!
Bar with pool tables and cheap drinks near the Bay-end of Orange Avenue. If you are "going out" in 'Nado and don't feel like dressing up, then this should be on your itinerary.

Who turns right onto Orange Avenue after coming off the Coronado Bridge? Anyone? Anyone? Of course not. Not unless you're going to feed old bread to the ducks in Centennial Park. Or to this bar. If the Drunken Clam, the beloved dive off "Family Guy," actually existed outside the world of animation, this would be it. Picture a submarine decorated to look like a 1970s basement, with stained glass...
A Coronado staple, the Little Club is a self-proclaimed dive bar that opens bright and early at 8am. It has inexpensive beer and drinks and also has a jukebox, pool table and darts. What it lacks in fancy, it makes up for in old-school drinking tradition and simple good time rock-a-billy music. Many local military personnel frequent this establishment.
