When they were first opening up, and hiring was in process, the quality of cleanliness, health, self respected people hired was extremely low. I can't trust a place who is going to pay so little and keep it low by hiring people they know will have problems getting ahead and getting any sorts of raises. That being said, overall it tells me of the quality of the food.
