Little Bigs Restaurant Review

Chef Bryan Caswell and Bill Floyd’s relocated Little Bigs is much bigger and a tad fancier than the original. There are more tables indoors and on the patio, and a larger kitchen allowed for a menu expansion. Tried and true sliders are still offered: a three-ounce beef burger with caramelized onions; spicy fried chicken; Carolina-style pulled pork; and a vegetarian black bean burger with a...

Citysearch Editorial Review

Classy and cheap don’t often go together, but Chef Bryan Caswell (of REEF and Stella Sola fame) strikes the perfect balance at this well-loved slider shack. Three different burgers--hand-formed...

I love the food, I love the music, and I love the place! This is perfect for an "on the go" situation OR an "I don't know what I'm in the mood for." Don't be fooled, these little burgers fill you up!

Little Bigs specializes in sliders. Standard menu- you get a choice of three sliders. Good variety- pork, beef, shrimp, etc. Rolls were a bit stale. Fries were not memorable. Outdoor seating is nice.

A variety or sliders, good fries, good and cold beer selection. Really, all of the slider offers are taste great and I always order a variety. I'm told the burgers are great but I've never ordered them. Three tasty sliders, fries and a cold beer and I'm happy. Prices are fair to good. Most of the pubs I go to...

I loved the specialty hot dog I had in my trio of little burgers. My son's fries were great. Great atmosphere. Don't get a huge burger. Just the right size for eating and sharing.

Business description (4)

Little Bigs is located at 2703 Montrose Blvd, Houston, TX. This location is in the Neartown - Montrose neighborhood. This business specializes in Restaurants.

Little Bigs is a burger joint and wine bar from Bryan Caswell and Bill Floyd (the owners of Reef and El Real)

OPEN EVERY DAY at 11 am

Open daily, Little Bigs offers three types of sliders: all beef, all natural chicken and a vegetarian black bean variety. Hand-cut, made-to-order french fries complete any order.

Chef Bryan Caswell (Food & Wine Magazine's Best New Chef 2009) is a busy man with yet another restaurant under his belt. This one has brought sliders to Houston in a big way. Three glorious ounces of quality, fresh ground beef, topped with carmelized onions and served on a fresh yeast roll. Get one, three or a combo pack to try some twists on the concept (like the pulled pork or the ‘shroom)....

Fun Fact

When Little Big's switched out their deep-fried, cheese-smothered mushroom slider for a black bean burger, fervent mushroom fans threw a protest. In response, Caswell agreed to bring back the mushroom burger as an occasional special.

Know Before You Go

Caswell has added a new location in Hermann Park.
