BEWARE!!....this company has had severe financial issues....... verified by the owner's inability to pay a small fee $69 for Live Scan Fingerprinting Services I rendered to one of their students on 12/2/2014 in the Carlsbad location. The manager, Ray Gomez, gave me a credit card number for payment a week after I performed the Live Scan. The credit card was declined after several attempts. I...
