80% of the teachers are all people who either have never worked a single day in a salon OR people that literally just graduated from cosmetology school themselves. I go to Michael's quite a bit to get my hair flat ironed, and they always do a great job. You also can't beat the price, since you have students working on you, they charge a fraction of what a regular salon does. I highly recommend Michael's to anyone who needs their hair styled or something basic- they haev always come through for me!
