Cut hole in glass for outlet

I brought in my own antique bevelled mirror to Lincoln Way Glass to have a hole cut in it for an outlet. An employee taped my template to the wrong place on the mirror, despite the fact that there was a diagram drawn showing where the hole belonged. I called and the secretary said that the owner would call back. He never did and I had to ask my son to bring the glass back. The owner agreed...
