Horrible. I took my MKS to Troy and was initially told it was the timing belt. Later they told me it may not be covered by warranty and that I needed to pay for them to drop my engine to see. I talked to several friends who told me I'd be at the mercy of the dealership if I did that. Friends that use and are very happy at Varsity Lincoln advised I take it there. North Brothers Lincoln Mercury is my preferred Lincoln Mercury Dealer. Their fast friendly service is what I count on. They have a great service area waiting lounge, but you don't ever wait too long. They even have Saturday hours which suits my schedule the best.
