Tasty but too many negatives to be rated higher

We found this place because we were going to the theatre across the street. I love Peruvian food and for the most part this was quite good. My main complaint was the limited menu and the lack of heat in the restaurant. Also the waiter wasn't always wild about fulfilling our requests but did so.

I'd like to rate this place as somewhere above average but below very good. The room is very pleasant and the service was attentive without being overbearing. I do not like to give bad reviews; I usually try to find something positive. In that case, the Pincho of beef heart was excellent. But... the beers were not cold to start, the ceviche which should be a staple in a Peruvian joint, was way under average. But the worst was the waiter's attitude. Like it was doing us...
