Lillie Belle would probably have gained a better rating, except that there was a tour-bus-full of elderly individuals from a local extended-care facility visiting when I arrived. It was orderly chaos, but difficult to really evaluate the goods. No free samples, and $2 apiece for individual chocolates. I will have to come back.
