This is a worst shop ever. We needed to get 20 hats with our logotype for very important event. I sent our logo at Friday. They told me about they need 3 business day for changing format of logo....

Poor customer relations department. Will put out coupons and then not honor them. Or they might not be good only hours after you get them. I will not ever go in that store again

Great store with great selection. Store Manager Efrain was super helpful and went out of his way to help us.

I have been into many Lids stores in the past, but this is a Lids Locker Room where they carry sports jerseys, T-shirts, socks, and memorabilia besides caps. I am perplexed by the bad reviews...
