The power went out on Sunday and when it came back the elevators didn't work. This is the 2nd time within a month that this has happened. And since the next day was MLK, the elevators are still down. How incompetent do you have to be? Stay away from this god awful dump. The apartments are …

I lived here for about a year and a half, and there were definitely pros and cons to this place. Pros: Apartment layout was awesome, big living room, good bedroom size, and walk in closet, but teeny tiny kitchen with no cabinet spaceWasher and Dryer in unitCentral Air when it worked, there was a time and …

We did a research with my wife before moving to a new place. We have checked all apartments around, we even checked some in Orange, Anaheim. This is the best we found. Best price for the class/level. Customer service is AMAZING! Sean is the man. He helped us a lot with our application. The area is nice. Basically, you get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have lived here for 2 years and are moving in 3 months (thank God) and this place has been nothing but a nightmare! Time on Sunday is precious. Sean made an appointment to show me a couple of apartments on Sunday at 11:00. Drove all the way from Long Beach. ALL 'future resident' parking spots taken but the leasing office is pitch black! 11:15....a.m. no sign of Sean. Maybe the word 'Appointment' didn't mean anything to him. Terrible impression. Terrible customer service. WASTE OF TIME.
