Terrible!!! We have a 5 year old AC/ heat pump installed brand new from Liberty and the guy that did the install made several errors and every year it breaks down. Liberty did not stand behind their workmanship, wanted to charge $100 trip charge to do any warranty work and could never come out for days even though we didn't have a working AC. We finally got our warranty transferred and had...
