awful customer service
The company owns the 414 water street condo tower. We signed a contract to purchase it two years ago.
The receptionist or sales manager there are constantly unavailable,, not returning emails, or phone calls, at times rudely disconnect our phone calls. Now we are about to settle, has been trying to reach the sale manager for more than a week, she would not respond to our email, phone call, voice mail, etc.
The company does not make any oversight available to its clients. Not well runned company!
