Buyer new year resolution for 2015 – do not buy a car here. I bought a car in September 2014, was told by the salesman, Simon Kim, that the car had been thoroughly inspected, was in perfect condition. Within 2 months over $2300 in repair work. Jason Vena the sales manager said they would reimburse for some of the repairs – over 2 months and can’t even get a response to voicemails or emails....

When they first opened years ago, this was a first class facility. Now, they are just too arrogant. They immediately size you up to see if you can afford their cars. Being in the northwest, they should know the way you dress is not reflective on how much you are worth.
