This Doctor is an absolute ripoff. I clearly explained that I had pain related issues when I set the appointment, had all of my records sent there, only to have my $150.00 taken and told that she can't and won't do anything for me. This Doctor could care less about you and won't hesitate to lie straight to your face as to why you lost your $150.00 and as to why she cannot do anything for you....
Lexington Family Medicine is at the very top of medical facilities that I have visited. The office is beautiful and the staff is very professional. Dr. Groves is very personable and very thorough, treating patients as friends and not just a number. I have gotten my entire family to come to her as our primary care physician and would encourage anyone and everyone to do the same.
My whole family is treated by Dr. Groves, and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to get an appointment when you need one, and the care is top-notch.
