My Yorkie is 15 1/2 years old and Dr. Robert Goodman has been my Vet. that has taken care of my Dog for the whole time. I can't praise him enough, he is the most compassionate, understanding, thoughtful and kind person. I like most people love their dogs and trust him completely, if I have a question or a problem he will call me to put my mind at ease not many Doctor's will do this.

I have been using this hospital for my entire life, as the rest of my family. The new hospital is somewhat daunting, but he same level of care and compassion has followed. I have found that although it can be busy, they always have time for all my questions and the doctors practice at a very high level. At first glance, this seemed like a great hospital. However, I was truly disappointed. I felt that although the doctors were nice, the staff was almost put off by my visit. I waited way too long and didn't feel that I got the quality of service that I was paying for. I will give it one more shot but they need to make a huge improvement to win me over.
