Horrible. I went to Dr. Leslie A. Carter for help with one very small problem of a ruptured follicle as it was diagnosed. It was basically an enlarged pore on my cheek. First they made an incision in the wrong place. Her excuse was "sometimes we lose track of the location because the anesthetic we introduce swells the area causing disorientation of the site".
