I ran over a nail this morning in my ally on the way IMC hospital for an early surgery my mother was having. I called at 7:15 not realizing that they didn't open until 8 and and not only did they answer the phone but opened 15 minutes early to take care of me. After the tire was fixed they refused payment. These guys are great so if you need tires check them out!

Poor customer service by the manager marcus. He is rude and unwilling to work with or listen to you, in my opinion. I order a lift kit and new rims and tire totalling around 3500 dollars, the lift was 833 and labor was 300. It was a 4 inch tuff country lift. Ok, let me get this straight. Les Schwab is a great company. This location, not so much. 2 weeks ago I went to get my brakes fixed and there was no problem.
