My fiancee purchased new brakes and tires from Les Schwab tire in Chelan and had them installed. When she got the truck back the brakes did not work correctly. We brought the truck back to have them fix the brakes. After two weeks had gone by we came back to get the truck because we never heard back. They explained that they had received a factory defect master cylinder from auto parts...

A couple weeks ago, I bought a set of tires online, and sought to have them mounted by Les Schwab Tire Center in Chelan.

The owner was openly angry that I had bought my tires elsewhere.

I had said nothing offensive. I had done nothing offensive. I was polite and friendly from the start. The only thing I had done to provoke this gentleman was to buy tires I believed he didn't even offer, from an inexpensive source he resents!

His own salesman had recently claimed to me that Michelin made poor tires (in an effort to sell me overpriced Bridgestones). I therefore had assumed they didn't...
