went in after work to get a tire repaired I wait for almost a hour and noticed people come in get service ahead of me.I then realized they were buying new tires and I was asking for a free repair.I then thought about the fact I was still here and one of the service people was leaning on the counter talking to a friend of his that had come in to visit.I went to the counter and ask for my keys and was asked what they were doing for me. I ansewered nothing and was told I should be next. I asked how long that would be and was told when we are done with the cars in the bay.I can't remember how many times I have bought tires at this tire store but will never buy from them again.

Les Schwab is the absolute best place to go with anything tire related. The service is impeccable and the work they do is just as good as the service.
