The wood stoves are very nice and competitively priced. Installation was done by a professional and it shows. That being said it's worthless without the wood pellets to burn. I used it for part of one season and they tell me they don't sell pellets anymore. What the hell! Should have gone to David's in Weatherford. They support what they sell

sold me a fan blower kit that wont work with the fireplace, charged me 235 for just the fan but will only refund me 209 because that is the new price. I upgraded to a remote t stat for a quoted price from the installer for 100 but the company want to charge me 210. I noticed online i can get the fan kit anywhere for under 150 and the remote for under 100. Place is a total rip off, they did not...
