Horrible. Rude and inconvenient. Inattentive. Didn't ask for my insurance.. I returned the merchandise.

This is by far the best Lenscrafters I have ever patronized. My salesman was Pedro, and the optical tech and doctor are top drawer. The eye exam is only $70 w/out insurance, and it's well worth it...
