Expensive.Lady didn't want to give me a discount even I brought several shoes and said I will bring more.I was in a rush, so when noticed the high price...

I've used this place several times and had good service. The guy was friendly imo. It took him awhile to find my shoes when I went to pick them up, buy hey, he's human! Parking is a pain though!

I've only had to have a shoe repaired once but using this store was a pretty good experience. Only took 2 days and it was not as expensive ...
