Olympic Size Pool, FREE workout classes, treadmills, bikes (including the ones for people with bad backs,) Elipticals, Nautilus Equipment, Weight room, Sauna, Whirlpool, Friendly staff, TVs including individual ones on some of equipment, MP3 Hook ups, & a great work out if you put the energy into it.
