This is a real review! I have now used Legend twice for minor heater repairs. On this occasion I was contacted promptly, and was able to set an appointment with minimal disruption to our schedules. They were prompt and friendly. The heater was fixed quickly and our questions about thermostats were answered honestly, not with an attempt to sell us expensive replacements. I really enjoy working...
Great communication, knowledgeable and honest! That's my opinion of Legend Service Center. I have had many others work on my heater and have been unhappy with most of them. But This man called regularly to keep me posted on the progress, showed up when he said he would and got my heater running. Thank you Stephen!
