The complex here is quiet and well maintained. Maintenance responds quickly, and they are helpful. I wanted a ceiling fan in the living room, and a maintenance tech helped me install it. The all inclusive option is nice in my opinion. Valet waste company will pick your trash up each night at your door if you're lazy me. I've been living in my apartment complex for almost 3 yrs now. The women that work in the leasing office not only knew me by face but by name by the time I filled out my application. I love living at Legacy at Cross Creek! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! They truly are here to assist with any of your needs. I love how involved they are. Every holiday they send you an email wishing you the best with some short historical facts. For Easter they hide eggs around the complex for the little ones to find. I was here visiting my boyfriend who lives in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, the best quality I saw in the place. The kitchen's look and the appliances are dated.
