I had a trophy re-done for a fantasy football league and Lee's put incorrect plaques and forgot a plaque completely on the trophy when I picked it up. She didn't remember they initial order, not had it written down. The woman offered to fix the error but was very persistent it was what I ordered, when it clearly was not correct. The service was extremely rude and very unpleasant to deal...
