Ok, there are cheese makers and then there are cheese makers. This married couple makes the best raclette cheese that I have tasted since I stunk up my hotel room in France years ago. Ann Hoyt met us in their temporary cheese factory (they are moving within a month or two) next to a winery just south of Sutton Bay...
