Editorial reviews from the web (2)

This Patina Group outpost at the über-modern Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall works rather well. The simple yet elegant interior takes advantage of the undulating transparent walls. Talented Modern American cuisine chef Mark Gold recently departed, leaving his executive sous chef, Tim Guiltinan, in the top spot. The service was impeccable. We sat by the window and looked out on the theatre lights. The dinner was beautifully served and presented. Creative menu. Perfect for a birthday celebration. Each menu item we had was delicious. Chocolate dessert rocked!

Business description (2)

Located in the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, Leatherby's Cafe Rouge is an exciting new dining destination in Orange County. The intimate, high-backed banquettes surrounded by a sea of earth tones provide a serene setting, perfect for lively dinners, pre and post-performance dining or simply for a great dining experience.

Designed to complement the adjoining Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, this elegant space features high-backed banquettes surrounded by shiny steel. Gleaming glass and a color palette of blues, greens and tans provide a stylish backdrop for a preconcert meal. Executive Chef Joachim Splichal, noted for his flagship eatery Patina in downtown Los Angeles, created a menu that includes specialties like Sonoma duck breast on candied yams with pomegranate jus, and macadamia nut-crusted ono with lemongrass-coconut sauce.
