Let me begin by saying that before I started, I was hesitant about signing up with a personal trainer. I wasn?t sure what to expect and I didn?t want to deal with some kind of boot camp workout. With some persuasion from a friend, we did a few trial sessions together and to our surprise we actually liked it!
