Help us make it rightI have been trying for a month to adjust my filter with these people, and I have to wait for a callback for a technician to do it. The problem is, no one calls back, so I can't filter the leads they way I need to. Awful service, will never use again.
I've been a customer since 2000 and worked with the same account rep. Always had great service. Lead flow constantly changes but quality has been way better than the other providers I have to use.

+ responsive, high closing ratio
My experience with Leadbot has been unsatisfactory. I initially deposited funds for 25 leads. Several months later approx 80% of my lead balance has not be supplied yet. I explained to them that the leadflow failed to meet my expectations and I asked Leadbot to refund the balance. Rather than providing superior customer service they hid behind the terms of the agreement. With all the lead providers out there I suggest you use an alternative source if you need a sufficient amount of leads on a regular basis.
