horrible customer service
this little hole in the wall auto parts store should be avoided. They have horrible customer service, I wasn't even greeted when I was the only customer in the store. one of the employees was sleeping on a shelf in one part of the store and in general it was dirty and dusty. save the headache and travel the extra 3 miles or so to pep boys on Elston and Fullerton. The item I bought was defective...I should have known something was wrong when they had to dust it off when bringing it from the back. Also they refused to take the item back, and like a bunch of 2 year olds just looked away and pretended I wasn't there instead of explaining why it could not be returned
