They were hired by landlords to come do work at a property being rented. They did not call before coming to the home, their "service" man was extremely rude when he called standing outside my door DESPITE the fact that the call taker knew I would be at work and needed a call before hand to meet their repair guy. He hung up on me then they sent a bill saying " I missed the appointment" when I only work 3 mins away and easily could have met them at the home. Terrible company, they never followed any service protocal which is clearly in their favor since they will bill you no matter what.
