No customer waiting area. I went for an oil change because they sent me a coupon for moving into the neighborhood. They did the oil change and didn't try to upsell me on anything for my car....

Laytons Garage - a downtown institution

Never had any issues with service here and have used this garage for over 15 years. Always fair and reliable, but like everywhere, sometimes the first fix may not solve the issue. They always stand by their work, though, unlike other garages. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with their work or charges. BE ADVISED though, this place is really BUSY (another sign of a reliable shop) and scheduling is necessary. Wish they were bigger!!!
