Great personality, no diligence.

Loren was wonderful to work with initially, but now that my case has hit a crucial point he is impossible to get in touch with. He has taken more than a week to return messages and I've still yet to speak with him after three weeks of trying. Feeling vulnerable, neglected and left out to dry, I'm now seeking alternate legal council.
