I have had their services for several years. Just cancelled them today. At the beginning of the season I sign up and go on the payment plan. Today I cancelled, because of the poor/lack of service....

HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! They killed my lawn. I complained to Lawn Doctor that the lawn on the side of the house was dying and they blamed it on bad weather. I suspected they were not treating all areas of the yard and stayed home from work one day to watch their technician. He did two quick passes on the front yard missing alot of spots and didn't even go over to the side yard. I fired Lawn Doctor immediately and told them I would not pay for the service. They sent me to a collection agency! It's not the money that matters here but the principal. They do a TERRIBLE JOB. They WILL ruin your yard!!!!!

I'm very happy with their service. After problems with trugreen and Scotts lawn service, I've been with lawn doctor for 3 seasons now and the lawn remains in good to excellent condition all year...
