I hired Stepniak & Park in 2013 to address an assault accusation that was entirely without merit. I retained the firm to handle my divorce preceding which worked out exactly as he advised me on the outcome and at the present time the firm is retained for an ongoing custody battle. I never had any problems with my representation at Stepniak and Park. Robert Stepniak represented me and I'll admit he was busy, but he always returned my call the same day. If he was in court I left a message, but I was always asked if someone else in the office could help, and they reassured me. I can't ask for more than that.
